I just received a phone call from a customer - Bryan Berry. He could not say enough nice things about Giles Electric Service Department! Mr. Berry was an "upset customer" at first, but thanks to Lee & his initiative in resolving any issues, he is now raving about Giles. Mr. Berry said it is rare to see a company with the character & integrity to back up their work nowadays & it was so refreshing.
He was extremely pleased with our commitment to honor our work & satisfy our customers. He advised that everyone he dealt with throughout the work was very professional. He said Giles is not only the #1 electrical contractor in his book, but the #1 local business he has dealt with & he intends on spreading the word.
He specifically mentioned a few names that he interacted with during the work. He could not say enough nice things about Lee Wimberly, Kenichi Obama, Joel McNair & his apprentice Josh Lambert, as well as the Giles office staff
